Where are these masks made? 

All masks are handmade in Canada

What materials are the masks made of?

The masks are made from 100% cotton fabric and are reusable.

What sizes do the masks come in?

We currently offer two sizes: regular and large.

Can I get a custom-sized mask?

We are only able to offer the two sizes above at this time.

When will my mask be shipped?

All masks are made-to-order. Masks will be shipped within five business days of receiving your order and payment. A tracking number will be provided once the shipping label is generated. We ship via Canada Post. However, Canada Post cannot guarantee the delivery date due to the current situation.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We are currently only able to ship masks within Canada.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are powered by Shopify and accept all major forms of payment including:

• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Can I return my mask?

We cannot accept returns or refunds on the masks due to sanitary and safety reasons. All masks are final sale. Thanks for your understanding.

Are the masks medical grade?

These are non-medical grade masks. However, they are equipped with a filter pocket where you can insert your own filter for added benefit.

How do I care for my mask?

The masks are washable and reusable. Please hand wash the mask with soap or detergent in cold water. Rinse it out, smooth the mask out to its desired shape and let it air dry.
